The chapel of the borgo, the Church of San Michele Arcangelo, is at the back of the villa and attached to it.

After the 1997 earthquake that shook Umbria and Marche, the villa was rebuilt and restored down to the smallest detail, enhancing its original architectural character. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, furnished in Art Nouveau style. The renovation undertaken by the owners has been very accurate and has preserved the original value and charm of the villa.
