The villa dates from 1600 and has been rebuilt and restored. It has Art Nouveau-style rooms, a fenced garden of about 3,000 square metres, an infinity pool, outdoor dining areas, a cinema room, a children's playroom and a wellness area. No other guests are present on site when the property is rented in this solution.

It is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The pool area has sunbeds, umbrellas, a gazebo, an outdoor shower, a bathroom and a bar corner with fridge.

The villa is in a hilly hamlet near Serravalle di Chienti. The access road is paved up to the gate. Colfiorito is about 5–6 km away, the SS77 Val di Chienti is about 4 km away, and Civitanova Marche beaches are about 87 km away. The pool is about 50 metres from the villa and is reached by a 20-step stairway and paved drive.

The property is rented exclusively to one group, with no other guests present on site. The property is fenced. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning when animals are present. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The wellness area is available on request and at an extra cost.
