The three-storey main villa has seven suites, numerous living areas, a large kitchen and a smaller kitchen with storage room. The annex is about 30 metres from the main villa and has a bright living area, two first-floor suites and private terraces. A separate small unit with independent access is occupied by the caretaker, who provides assistance and daily maintenance.

The property is in Casarano, about 15 km from the Ionian coast, including Marina di Ugento, and about 45 km from Lecce. Gallipoli is 15 km away, Santa Maria di Leuca 25 km away, Castro Marina 28 km away and Otranto 35 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Steps lead from the portico to the pool area. Shops and services are about 500 m away in Casarano.

Pets are accepted on request. The pool is available from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The caretaker lives in a separate small unit with independent access on the property.
