## About the house

The villa is in a residential area with nearby neighbours. Its entrance terrace has beach chairs and an outdoor dining table; outdoor facilities also include a garden, parasols, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The living-dining room has a sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning and a dining table. A separate kitchen has gas cooking, another dining area, utensils, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. A high chair is available.

The master bedroom has a double bed, space for a cot and an en-suite shower room without a toilet. Another full bathroom has a shower. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom are cooled by air conditioning in their connecting hallway. Downstairs there is a ping-pong area and bicycle parking. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, towels and hair dryer are provided.

The villa lies between Can Picafort and Alcúdia, where promenades have shops, bars and restaurants. There is no swimming pool.
