The villa is above Santa Maria di Leuca. Shops and services are 2 km away; a cliff beach is 1.5 km away and a sandy beach is 10 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The property has two covered and four uncovered parking spaces.

The property is for lease only. Pets require prior request. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Heating is charged according to consumption. Extra cleaning for animals is charged per animal and per week or part of a week.
