The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional daily fee with variable pricing. Heating can take up to 48 hours; request it before arrival.
Getting there
Palm Canyon Drive is half a block away. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is within a five-mile drive, and Joshua Tree National Park is 35 miles away.
