The townhome accommodates four guests and has two bathrooms and approximately 1,400 square feet of open-concept living space. Features include 14-foot angled ceilings, clerestory windows, floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking a secluded patio, and an east-facing lot with morning sun. The private oversized spa seats eight. Outdoor amenities include a putting green, chaise lounges, rocking chairs and a gas firepit. Inside, enjoy the Spectrum Cable TV app on Roku, 5.1 surround sound, electric blackout roller shades in both bedrooms, dimmable lighting throughout, and whole-house water softening and filtration. Linens, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional daily fee with variable pricing. Heating can take up to 48 hours; request it before arrival.
