Villa Callari is a villa of the early 1900s that has recently been renovated and furnished with taste and elegance. The grand entrance and the imposing staircase lend a regal air to the house. Once inside, you are enveloped by the elegance of the furniture and made to feel welcome, almost never wanting to leave. The ceilings with Venetian stucco in the bedrooms, the parquet flooring that intersects with the original salvaged mosaic, the original vaulted ceilings in the basement, the lovely antiques, will all welcome you and cosset you with beauty in every corner of the house. The outdoor area is no less magnificent, with the terracing that blends the swimming pool and the hot tub in with the rest of the garden, enriched by a bar corner and relaxation areas that invite you to enjoy the property in all its aspects. The view will delight you with the intense blue of the sea of Circeo and the Pontine islands in the distance. And as if that were not enough, Villa Callari is also in an enviable position, perhaps one of the best in the whole of Circeo: it is located just a few metres from the beach and the port and a short distance from the borgo of San Felice Circeo, located on the mount of the same name, Monte Circeo.
