Villa California is a property located near Morciano di Romagna and San Giovanni Marignano, small towns in the province of Rimini, centre of markets and fairs, not far from Cattolica (10 km). The property is located in a small portion of the territory adjacent to the first hills of the Apennines between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. A short distance from the borders with the Marche (province of Pesaro-Urbino) and with San Marino.
The location makes the villa the ideal place for those who want to enjoy nature and silence. Outside, the view is magnificent: from the garden and the panoramic swimming pool you can fully enjoy the picturesque scenery that guarantees guests great relaxation. The large living room, featuring a spacious loft and an elegant fireplace, is illuminated by the French windows that allow you to admire the panorama from inside the villa as well.
