Smoking and pets are not permitted. Casa de Campo resort registration is required before arrival, including guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory registration fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary for children under 4. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee apply separately. A security deposit equal to one night's stay applies. Accommodation pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom. A 14-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year.
Getting there
The villa has two stories, with six bedrooms on each level. The private beach terrace has direct access to the water. Minitas Beach is 2.3 miles away. Two 6-seat golf carts are included for travel within Casa de Campo.
