The house has a private chlorine pool measuring 6 × 2.5 metres, with depths of 1–1.8 metres. Outdoor facilities include six sun loungers, a terrace, barbecue and garden.
The air-conditioned living room has separate reading and entertainment areas, with satellite television and a CD player. Two steps lead to the dining room. The separate kitchen has a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The ground floor has a double bedroom and an additional toilet. Upstairs are a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
