The house

The villa occupies three floors with views over Cala Figuera and the coastline. Outside are three terraces, a porch, sun loungers, a mobile barbecue, an outdoor shower and a toilet. The private saltwater pool measures 8 × 5.5 metres and is 1.6 metres deep. Steps lead directly to the sea. A private jetty is available upon prior request; consult the advertiser about possible charges.

The main floor has a living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning and Smart TV, an equipped induction kitchen, a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom, and a guest toilet. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided.

Floor -1 has a second air-conditioned living room, a dining area and a kitchenette. Its three bedrooms each contain two single beds, and there is a shower bathroom. Upstairs are a double bedroom with air conditioning, terrace access and an en-suite shower bathroom; a twin bedroom; and a single bedroom with air conditioning. A further shower bathroom serves this floor. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

Cala Figuera has a fishing harbour and walks among the cliffs. Cala Santanyí, S’Amarador and Cala Mondragó are nearby beaches, and Santanyí offers a market, restaurants and galleries. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
