The house

The villa has white façades and blue doors, a Mediterranean garden and a fully enclosed property boundary in a quiet neighbourhood. The private saltwater pool measures 8.5 × 4 m and ranges from 0.8 to 2.1 m deep. Its surrounding terrace has eight sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a covered porch with a barbecue for outdoor dining. A roof terrace overlooks the pool and neighbourhood.

The porch opens into a sitting-dining room with satellite television. On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. A staircase leads to the first floor, which has a living room, a shower bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, operating from 20:00 to 01:00.

Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, citrus juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available. A cot and high chair can be supplied for a baby. Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.

Cala d'Or has supermarkets, restaurants and seasonal nightlife. Nearby beaches include Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran, Caló de Ses Egos and Cala Ferrera; Cala Mitjana and Cala Sa Nau can be reached by car. Vall d'Or golf course is about 15 minutes' drive away, and Mondragó natural park offers hiking and bays.
