Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from 1 November through 30 April because of weather conditions.

The villa is in Ovacık, near Ölüdeniz. Ovacık and Hisarönü centers are within walking distance. Ölüdeniz beach is 5.5 km away; Ölüdeniz minibuses pass below the villa. A mini-market, restaurant and bus stops are 500 m away, the center is 1 km away, and Dalaman Airport is 60 km away.
