The first floor has an open living room, full kitchen and dining area. The second-floor lounge has a pool table, sofa, work desk, mini kitchen/bar and a jungle-facing deck. Outdoors are a swimming pool, gas BBQ grill and a half bathroom by the entrance and driveway. Light daily cleaning is included. An overnight doorman is available as a property feature. One pre-arrival shopping-list delivery and standard concierge service throughout the stay are included; concierge upgrades are available. Playa Hermosa is about a 15-minute walk away. Area restaurants and bars are a 5-minute drive away; downtown Jaco is 15 minutes by car. Parking accommodates two cars. The villa has two floors.

The seven-bedroom booking accommodates a maximum of seven guests for groups of singles, or up to 15 guests for couples and families with children. The four-bedroom option accommodates a maximum of four guests for groups of singles, or up to eight guests for couples and families with children, and includes a choice of any four bedrooms. Minimum stays are two nights from May 1 to December 18, three nights from January 6 to April 30, and six nights from December 19 to January 5. The four-bedroom option is not offered during the December 19 to January 5 period.
