The house

The house has three bedrooms: two with one double bed each and one with a single bed, plus two bathrooms. Fans, central heating and a log fire are available.

The kitchen, living and dining areas share an open-plan space. The living area has sofas and satellite television; Wi-Fi and a CD player are available. The kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle and crockery. A high chair, towels, hair dryer and safe are provided, along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside are a terrace, garden, barbecue, parasols and sun loungers, with an 8 × 3.75 m private pool. The house has solar panels and outdoor parking for four cars.

Felanitx is 6 km away and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and medical services. Cala Marçal beach is 12 km away. Portocolom beach, Mondragó Natural Park, Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi can be reached by car. Palma is 46 km away.
