The villa has a lounge with sofas and TV, a dining room with a large table, and a separate fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-size double bed, wardrobes and air conditioning. Two bathrooms have showers and hairdryers.

Outdoor spaces include a panoramic private swimming pool, a relaxation area, a terrace, an outdoor dining area with an external kitchen and barbecue, and a fully enclosed garden. The pool is open from 15 May to 30 September. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available. External video surveillance covers the entrance, veranda and pool area.

Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is approximately 10 minutes away by car. Nearby coastal destinations include Le Saline, Porto Istana, Li Cuncheddi, Vacche beach and Capo Coda Cavallo.

Standard check-in ends at 20:00; the starting time is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount depending on local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
