The house

The villa has a ground-floor porch for outdoor meals, sun loungers around a private chlorine pool, and a small first-floor balcony. The pool measures 9 × 5 m and is 1.10–1.90 m deep. Neighbouring properties mean privacy is partial.

Each floor has a living room with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The equipped ground-floor kitchen has an induction cooker. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board are available, and solar panels power the water heater. A cot and highchair can be provided.

The ground floor has three twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, all with air conditioning. Two twin bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub; the double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms with radiators and ceiling fans, plus an air-conditioned double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. A further shower bathroom serves each floor, making six bathrooms in total.

Cala Ferrera Beach is 0.7 km away, and Cala d'Or is less than 1 km away with shops, restaurants, bars and a marina. Exterior parking accommodates one car.
