The villa has a modern interior and a living-dining room with air conditioning, a fireplace and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen includes a microwave, oven and stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with free Wi-Fi.
All four bedrooms have air conditioning and garden access. Three bedrooms each have a double bed, and the fourth has two single beds. Three bedrooms have en-suite shower bathrooms; a fourth shower bathroom serves the house. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.
The fenced grounds include gardens, sun loungers, outdoor sofas, a large dining table and an outdoor grill. The private saltwater pool measures 11 × 4.5 m and has a constant depth of 2 m. Free exterior parking accommodates two cars.
