The villa is near Acireale on Sicily's Ionian coast. Capomulini is 2 km away, Aci Trezza 4 km, Aci Castello 5 km, Giardini Naxos 38 km and Taormina 42 km. The property has private uncovered parking for four cars, and access roads are paved to the entrance gate. The pool is around 100 m from the ground floor. The villa is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed up to medium size. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
