The villa is near Acireale on Sicily's Ionian coast. Capomulini is 2 km away, Aci Trezza 4 km, Aci Castello 5 km, Giardini Naxos 38 km and Taormina 42 km. Acireale is less than 10 minutes away by car. The access road is paved to the entrance gate, and private uncovered parking is available for four cars.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed up to medium size; mandatory extra cleaning applies for animals.
