## About the house

The home accommodates up to eight guests across two levels, each with a furnished living room, flatscreen TV, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The levels connect only by exterior stairs, with no internal connection. The upstairs kitchen has an island with bar seating; the downstairs kitchen has its own dining space and access to the yard and BBQ.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, an ocean-view balcony and space for a crib or pack-and-play. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, garden views, space for a crib or pack-and-play and an adjacent full bathroom. The downstairs primary bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and garden-view balcony. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, garden views, a balcony/deck and an adjacent full bathroom. Ceiling fans are provided throughout.

Outdoor spaces include a covered lanai with daybed seating, a wraparound deck with panoramic ocean views, outdoor dining tables, a built-in BBQ and a private grassy yard. Wi-Fi, smart TV, beach towels, linens and kitchen appliances are provided. Safety features include smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras.

Waimea Bay is within walking distance, and Haleiwa offers shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Shark’s Cove and the Anahulu River are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Children are welcome, and self check-in and self checkout are available.
