The villa is on sloping terrain. The entrance is reached by a paved road, followed by a gravel driveway. Riccione beaches are 3.8 km away. The pool is reached by stairs from the panoramic terrace. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit of 10 are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. The property is a rental-only private structure.
