The villa has a bright living room with satellite TV and a fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave and oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both have ceiling fans and closets. The two bathrooms have a bath and a shower respectively. Air conditioning is installed in the hallway between the bedrooms; four additional fans are available. Four electric radiators can be provided for winter visits. A cot and highchair can be provided.
A first-floor terrace has a hammock and outdoor dining furniture. Santa Ponça has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Golf Santa Ponsa is 3.5 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 30 km away, and the Av. Jaume I bus stop is 600 m away. Cala Fornells, Camp de Mar and Sant Elm can be explored by car. Boat trips from Sant Elm visit Dragonera, a protected natural area. Palma offers visits to La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle and the old town.
