House rules
The usual changeover day is Saturday, with possible flexibility in low season. The standard occupancy is 8 guests; guests 9 through 12 incur an additional charge and an extra bed is included. There are restrictions for group bookings. The property is self-catered. A cot, pushchair, baby high chair and baby bouncy chair are available as optional extras. Tourism taxes may apply under current legislation.
Getting there
The villa is in Quinta da Balaia, about a 5-minute drive from Albufeira, Praia da Oura and Olhos de Água. Praia da Balaia (Leste) is 2.2 km away and Praia da Pedra dos Bicos is 2.4 km away. A car is not essential, although hiring a vehicle is recommended because of the property's location.
