The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is near Pomarance in the Val di Cecina. Shops, restaurants and cafés are about 700 metres away and within walking distance. The villa is reached via a simple country road through Pomarance; access roads are paved up to the entrance. The pool is about 40 metres from the house and requires using a flight of steps. Marina di Cecina on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 39 kilometres away. Covered parking is inside the property.
