The infinity pool is about 30 metres from the villa and is reached by a Trani stone path. It measures 10 by 5 metres, has a constant depth of 1.40 metres, internal steps, saltwater purification, hydromassage jets, internal lighting and an electric pool cover. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The villa is just outside Ostuni. The beaches and beach clubs of Villanova and Costa Merlata are 14 km away. Ostuni shops and services are 1 km away, and the Ostuni train station is 3 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The property shares its driveway with a neighbouring villa.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. The property is not fully secure for pets: it is partially enclosed with 1.20 m fencing and dry-stone walls of varying height.
