The house

The villa has a spacious living area divided by two brick vaults. The lounge contains a sofa, television and stone fireplace; the adjoining area contains a large dining table and an equipped kitchen with an oven, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. A shower bathroom serves the living area.

All four bedrooms have a queen-size double bed and spacious wardrobes. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. There are three bathrooms in total.

Outside, a large veranda has chairs, a table and small sofas, alongside a furnished garden and a private pool. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

San Vito dei Normanni is in northern Salento, between Ostuni and Carovigno. Brindisi airport is a 25-minute drive away; Bari airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
