This is a private structure available for lease only. Pets are allowed. The property is fenced with netting and hedges approximately 1.80 m high. The pool is open seasonally from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Getting there
The villa is 2 km from Massa Martana, about 15 minutes from Todi and about 7 km from the E45 highway. The access roads are paved. Massa Martana train station is about 7 km away. The property has four covered parking spaces inside the grounds.
