The property is 2 km from Massa Martana and about 7 km from the E45 highway. The access roads are paved. Todi is about 15 minutes away and Perugia about 50 minutes away. The property has four covered parking spaces. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 129 km away and the Adriatic Sea is 175 km away.

This is a private structure rented exclusively; no other guest will be present on site. Pets are allowed. The property is fenced with netting and hedges approximately 1.80 m high. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
