Villa Belkis has three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus a kitchen with dining area opening onto a furnished veranda. A few steps lead to the pool area, which has a furnished terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The fenced park covers approximately 6,000 square metres and includes olive trees, Mediterranean vegetation, aromatic herbs, parking and a golf training area.

It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Torre Guaceto is 22 km away. Ostuni is 9 km away, and the property is between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Parking is inside the property.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
