Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from November 1 through April 30 because of weather conditions. The indoor pool's heating is free from October 1 through April 30; from May through September, heating costs 7,500 TRY per week. A 10,000 TRY deposit is collected and returned after departure inspection if no damage is found. Smoking and event policies are not specified.
