The villa is 300 m from the sea/beach, 25 km from Bodrum center, 13 km from Bodrum Airport, 1 km from a mini market and 2 km from a restaurant. Adabükü beaches are a 7-minute journey away, and the beach in front of the villa is a 3-minute walk away. A 50 m section of the villa road is unpaved. The adjacent loft duplex shares the parking area.

Only family stays are accepted. The adjacent loft duplex shares the parking area but has a separate garden and does not overlook the villa pool. A refundable deposit of 25,000 Turkish lira is required and is returned after checkout if no damage is found.
