The pool is on a higher terrace about 20 metres from the villa. It measures 11 x 4.4 m, has a depth of 1 to 1.45 m, Roman steps and a metal ladder, and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The solarium has sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs. A solar-heated outdoor shower is provided.

The villa is in Pieve di Cagna, 9 km from Urbino. Baia Vallugola and Gabicce Mare are about 41 km away, and Fiorenzuola di Focara is 46 km away. The A14 Pesaro exit is 36 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The annex is accessed by six steps, and the pool is on a higher terrace about 20 metres from the villa. Parking is inside the property, but the stated capacity requires owner review.

The property is leased as a private structure. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Pets are permitted. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
