The swimming pool is on a lower terrace reached via 16 steps. It is rectangular, measures 10 x 5 m, has a depth from 1.20 to 2.50 m, Roman steps, internal and external lighting, a lawn solarium, sunbeds, a shaded pergola and a cold-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is on a hill in Maratea. The town centre is 2 km away, Maratea train station is 2.7 km away, Fiumicello Beach is 3.5 km away, Porto Beach is 3.6 km away and Lido Macarro is 5.8 km away. The grounds have three terraces connected by stone steps; a flight of 15 steps leads to the second terrace, and the pool is reached by 16 steps. Vehicle access is through a gate and the access road is paved up to the entrance gate.

The maximum occupancy is 11 guests, consisting of 9 standard places plus 2 additional sofa-bed places. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. One small pet is allowed. The property is a rental-only private structure.
