House rules
Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from November 1 through April 30 because of weather conditions. Pool heating is free in March, April, October and November; in other months it costs 24,500 TRY per week. A 10,000 TRY deposit is collected and returned after departure if no damage is found.

The villa is in Kayaköy, Fethiye. The sea or beach is 5 km away. A mini-market, restaurant, bus stop and town centre are each 1 km away; the nearest hospital or health centre is 10 km away. Dalaman Airport is 65 km away and Antalya Airport is 250 km away.
