## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and has four bedrooms and three shower bathrooms. The ground floor contains a spacious living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. Two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, occupy the upper floor, reached by external stairs. The overall bed inventory comprises three queen-size beds, two single beds and one double sofa bed.

Outside are porches, a large terrace, relaxation areas and a garden with olive trees. An external annex contains a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, with several outdoor dining areas. The swimming pool has sun loungers and umbrellas and opens from 1 April to 4 November.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a television and a hairdryer are available. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Catania airport is 70 km away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrivals end at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A stay tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount varying under local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
