The property is fenced. Pets are accepted on request and incur a charge of €50 per animal per week or part of a week. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Getting there
Recco beach is 1.3 km away and Recco town centre is just over 1 km away. Recco shops and services are 500 metres away on foot or 1.3 km by car. The Recco motorway exit is 3 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The private parking area is reached from the main entrance by going a few metres without steps, while the main villa's ground floor is reached by a 20-step internal or external staircase. The annex has a 14-step winding staircase between floors.
