Recco beach is 1.3 km away and Recco town centre is just over 1 km away. Recco shops and services are 500 metres away on foot or 1.3 km by car. The Recco motorway exit is 3 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The private parking area is reached from the main entrance by going a few metres without steps, while the main villa's ground floor is reached by a 20-step internal or external staircase. The annex has a 14-step winding staircase between floors.
