The house

The villa has five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a separate powder room for shared areas. Living and dining areas open toward the backyard, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, satellite or cable TV, and a speaker system. The primary bedroom has air conditioning.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, dishes and utensils. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and basic supplies are provided during the stay. A washer, dryer, hair dryer, safe, essentials and shampoo are available.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, lawn, play gym, BBQ, covered outdoor seating, lanai/balcony and outdoor lighting. Villa staff can install a removable pool fence upon request. The villa is within a gated community and has free parking.

A housekeeper/cook and waiter are included. Staff can prepare breakfast and lunch daily upon request. Arranged concierge services include airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, tours, reservations, catering, yoga and in-villa massages.

Playa Minitas is 0.6 mile away and within walking distance. The Marina is 2.8 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 1.5 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 1.8 miles away, the Tennis Center is 1.9 miles away, and the Shooting Center is 3.4 miles away. Required resort registration provides access to Minitas Beach and pool chaise lounges, golf courses and advance tee times, tennis courts, the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Casa de Campo Spa, Fitness Center and Central Romana Medical Center.
