The villa has a private outdoor pool measuring 5 m by 8 m with a depth of 1.5 m, and a heated indoor pool measuring 3 m by 5 m with a depth of 1.5 m. The indoor pool can be heated to a maximum of 25–28°C for a daily fee of 2,000 Turkish lira. The outdoor pool is emptied and closed from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions.

Internet connection is advertised.

The last 100 metres of the road to the villa are unpaved and surfaced with stabilized material. A mini-market, restaurant and bus stop are 600 m away; the beach is 5.5 km away, the centre is 9.5 km away and Dalaman Airport is 57 km away.

Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April. The indoor pool heating costs 2,000 Turkish lira per day and reaches a maximum of 25–28°C. A 10,000 Turkish lira damage deposit is payable and is returned after checkout if no damage is found. Smoking, events and child or infant restrictions are not specified.
