The property has a private outdoor pool and a private heated indoor pool. The indoor pool is 3 m by 5 m and 1.5 m deep; heating costs 2,000 TRY per day and reaches a maximum of 25–28°C. The outdoor pools are closed from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. The pool terrace includes a private garden, sunbathing area, six sun loungers, seating, an umbrella, a swing and a barbecue.

The last 100 metres of the road to the villa are unpaved. The sea/beach is 5.5 km away. A mini-market, restaurant and bus stops are 600 m away; the centre is 9.5 km away and Dalaman Airport is 57 km away.

The property does not accept pets. A deposit of 10,000 TRY is collected and returned after checkout if no damage is found. Outdoor pools are closed from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. The indoor pool heating fee is 2,000 TRY per day. The listing includes a baby cot and high chair.
