The property has a private outdoor pool measuring 5 m by 8 m by 1.5 m and a heated indoor pool measuring 3 m by 5 m by 1.5 m. The outdoor pool is emptied and closed from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. The indoor pool heating costs 2,000 TRY per day and reaches a maximum of 25–28°C.

The property is 5.5 km from the sea/beach, 600 m from a mini market, restaurant and bus stops, 9.5 km from the center, and 57 km from Dalaman Airport. The final 100 m of the road to the villa is stabilized.

Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. A 10,000 TRY damage deposit is collected and returned after checkout if no damage is found. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early each morning, except for the indoor pool.
