The house

Villa Arenella has a palm garden, a swimming pool with a diving board, a solarium, and a veranda furnished with wicker chairs and wooden tables. A terrace overlooks the surrounding area. The pool is open from 6 April to 31 October.

The sleeping accommodation comprises two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and an attic with a single bed and a double bed. The terrace is accessed through the attic. There are three queen-size beds and three single beds in total. Bathroom facilities comprise two bathrooms with showers, including one on the upper floor, and a third toilet.

On the ground floor, a bright living room with a fireplace and relaxation area opens directly onto the veranda. Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a moka coffee maker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a hairdryer.

The villa is a few steps from the sea in Syracuse. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is approximately 60 km away, and Comiso Pio la Torre Airport is approximately 110 km away.
