The property has a private outdoor pool and a private heated indoor pool. The indoor pool is free from 1 October to 30 April; during other months, the stated weekly charge is 7,500 TRY, with a maximum temperature of 25–28°C. The outdoor pool is closed and drained from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. Outdoor pool dimensions are 11 m × 4 m × 1.50 m; indoor pool dimensions are 4 m × 4 m × 1.20 m.

The sea or beach is 9 km away, the town centre is 9 km away, and the nearest bus stop is 8 km away. A mini-market, restaurant and hospital or health centre are each 1 km away. Dalaman Airport is 130 km away and Antalya Airport is 230 km away.

Male friend groups are not accepted. Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pools are closed and drained from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. A 10,000 TRY deposit is collected and returned after departure if no damage is found.
