RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Originally an old farmhouse, Villa Arbeio has been completely renovated, choosing natural materials such as wood and stone. The two-storey building covers about 600 sq m with a nice large living area on the ground floor with fireplace, billiard table and bar. The strong points of Villa Arbeio are the tranquillity of the place and the privacy of the park, about 3 hectares, which is mainly planted with lawn. In the part surrounding the house are many relaxation areas: a fountain with pool, two porticos and a dining area with pergola where you can spend many companiable hour sand a beautiful newly built tennis court (on request and for a fee) .
Thanks to its location, surrounded by nature but close to the Cinque Terre, it is ideal for those seeking a holiday in total privacy and relaxation and for those who love nature which is here untouched.
