The house

Villa Apollonia sits atop the private 11-villa AGL Mykonos resort, with sea and sunset views. The pool-level entrance opens into a living room, dining room and kitchen, with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. A separate lower-level suite contains the third bedroom, a kitchenette, living-dining area and bathroom.

Outdoor spaces include a 75 m² private infinity pool, sunbeds, a BBQ, and sunny and shaded dining and lounge areas. Pool heating is optional for an additional charge. The sea is less than a two-minute walk away within the resort.

The villa has air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace, a washing machine and ironing equipment. Kitchen equipment includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, squeezer, water boiler, crockery and cutlery. Entertainment includes smart TV, Netflix, movie and sports channels, and a JBL waterproof speaker. Bathroom amenities, a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, safe, and pool towels are provided. A baby cot is available on request.

Daily housekeeping and concierge services are available. The estate has 24/7 gate access control and perimeter monitoring, backup generators and a private desalination system. Parking and free Wi-Fi are available. Airport and port transfers, car and motorbike rentals, boat trips, massage, beauty treatments on request and a doctor on request are offered. Beach sunbeds, umbrellas and towels, and a shower and changing room are also among the available services.
