The house

Villa Aphrodite occupies the top of a private 10-villa estate in Agios Lazaros. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, white interiors and Mykonian décor, with sea and sunset views. The sea is less than a two-minute walk away within the estate.

An outdoor BBQ, dining area and lounge overlook the 79 m² private infinity pool. Sunbeds and pool towels are provided, and pool heating is available for an additional fee. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer and water boiler. There is also a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

The villa has air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace, free Wi-Fi, smart and flat-screen TVs, Netflix, movie and sport channels, and a JBL waterproof speaker. Bathroom amenities, a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, safe and fire extinguishers are provided. A baby cot is available on request. Parking and pets are allowed.

Daily housekeeping is complimentary. The estate has 24-hour gate-access control and peripheral CCTV monitoring, backup generators and a private desalination system. Concierge services are available on request for an extra charge; use of the private helipad and private jetty also carries an extra charge. Additional offered services include airport and port transfers, car and motorbike rental, boat trips, beauty treatments on request, massage and a doctor on request.
