## About the house

Villa Antonella 1 is a modern, newly constructed, two-story villa of 300 m² in Pouli. It offers seclusion, unobstructed sea and sunset views towards Tinos, Rhinia and Delos, and close access to Mykonos town.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and spacious living area with a sofa and large windows opening to the pool area. It also has a master bedroom and two double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The upper-floor master bedroom has a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony.

Outside are a private infinity pool, pergola-covered dining and sitting areas, sheltered lounge areas, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Guests have private gym access and walking access to a private beach. Parking accommodates five cars.

Air conditioning covers all areas, and Wi-Fi is free. Facilities include a sound system, Smart TV, cable/satellite television, KNX lighting, an alarm system and safes in all rooms. The kitchen facilities include a refrigerator and coffee facilities. Bathroom amenities, a hairdryer, beach and pool towels, and an iron and ironing board are provided.

Daily light cleaning, linen and towel changes twice weekly, and 24/7 team support are provided. Services offered include airport/port transfers, beach sunbeds and umbrellas, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, concierge, massage, fax and photocopy services, beauty treatments on request and a doctor on request.
