The villa is about 3 km from Bevagna. The access road is paved up to the gate. The property is on a hill about 315 m above sea level. Shops and services are in Bevagna, 3 km away. Five outdoor parking spaces are available inside the property.

The property is available for lease only. The property and its approximately 3,000 sq m park are fenced; the fence is 1.80 m high. The pool is seasonal and available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
